Ethics and conflict of interest

All parties engage in the negotiation, performance, or administration of the acquisition of any supplies, materials, equipment, goods, properties, printings, certain leases and services, including professional services, require by ECG are bound to act in good faith. Any person employs by ECG to perform these acts shall held the highest degree of trust and shall bound itself to
ECG Procurement Code of Ethics.

  • No Procurement member should accept any gifts from supplier.
  • No Procurement member should have personal financial relationship with supplier or an employee of supplier.
  • No Procurement member should engage to be stockholder of supplier.
  • No Procurement member should engage to recreational activities with supplier.
  • No Procurement member should leak out information to supplier of his choice or any of this sort.
  • The Procurement team should provide transparency of transaction and the rationality of decision to purchase.
  • The Procurement team should use the same data provided by supplier on his/her Tender/Request for Proposal during supplier selection.
  • No Procurement member or any employee of the group of companies should engage to back-door selling with any suppliers.
